This doesn't have to be you ...

What's Killing You -- And What To Do About It

Intuitively, I think that we all know that the whole getting old thing is slowly killing us. 

 

Oxidative stress, which is the process of our bodies rusting from the inside out, is what causes aging.  There are nearly 7000 medical journal articles testifying to that fact.
